Technical Advice
R-Tectural can also supply technical advice on a variety of project types. We have an extensive knowledge of planning laws, building regulations, space standards and construction methods. Our approach is to present something to our clients that we are confident will be both high quality and high performing. We can also provide our clients with technical reviews on designs to ensure they are fully compliant and can be delivered as drawn for the quotation provided.

Digital 3D Modelling
We provide a range of Revit modelling and CAD services, in 2D, 3D & BIM and can offer;

Project Modelling; We are able to model to any Level of Detail from early stage massing concept to detailed models for construction. We can work from very little site information to create your design in 3D.

Bespoke Revit Family Creation; we can provide fully parametric families for all model categories, we enjoy a test so please introduce us to your most unique ideas.

Upgrading to BIM; we can upgrade simple conceptual models into detailed BIM by adding data to 3D objects. This can help deliver BIM objectives that clients like Local Authorities now require.
