The consultants at R-Tectural have experience delivering projects around the UK, from small-scale residential buildings to larger housing complexes, and commercial office buildings. Below are a selection of projects which showcase the type of projects we have worked on to date.
R-Tectural took an under-utilised extension with a failing flat roof and turned it into a bright and welcoming space employing a monopitch roof with a modern rooflight and adding double doors onto the back garden in order to flood the space with light. We engaged with the London Borough of Croydon to keep this within permitted development rules and the team were therefore able to provide our client with a completed project within 12 weeks.
R-Tectural were appointed to complete a planning application on a Grade II listed property in Hertford, Hertfordshire in order to change the dormer from a flat roof to a more traditional pitch roof to match the surrounding properties. This required creating an accurate BIM model of the terrace as part of the negotiations with conservation officers to ensure that the details were to be kept in line with the existing context of the village.
R-Tectural were appointed by a sustainable home specialist developer to build a detailed 3D BIM model that would contribute towards both the planning application and construction information.
